Benita von Klingspor
Baroness
BENITA von KLINGSPOR was born in Vienna, Austria (1929).
Her upbringing and schooling in various countries in Europe
emphasized both high moral principals and values, as well
as care and discipline of the body. Having begun to learn
this at an early age proved a valuable asset in many ways
in her life, not the least of which was to help her survive
World War II. She relocated to the United States soon after
the war was over.
Her extensive knowledge based on her vegetarian lifestyle
of over 76 years, includes continuous research in the areas
of nutrition, alternative medicine, as well as her personal
experiences, which will benefit the reader. Having lived
and studied in both Europe and the United States, including
Hawaii, contributes to her wealth of information in the field
of the Healing Arts.
Benita
maintains a private Nutrition Counseling practice in Marina
del Rey,
California. In addition she conducts seminars
and lectures as a guest speaker, sharing her accumulated
knowledge encircling her lifes purpose. Her seminars
and counseling sessions provide safe, practical and easy-to-follow
directions in recognizing symptoms of dis-ease, and improving
ones energy and general well-being.
Her
books are easy to read and include her own illustrations,
which entertain with personal stories and
historical references as they unfold with simple and safe
guidelines.
