Burton H. Wolfe
Burton
H. Wolfe is the founder of the Homosapiens Educational &
Legal Project and Wild West Publishing House. He is the
author of more than 1,000 articles and essays published in
periodicals from San Francisco to Athens, Greece, and of six
books: The Hippies, Hitler and the Nazis,
Pileup on Death Row, The Devil and Dr. Noxin,
The Devil's Avenger: A Biography of Anton Szandor LaVey,
and Lucifer's Dictionary of the American Language.
Wolfe's 1960's
periodical The Californian is credited with having
touched off the Alternative Press. Wolfe currently spends
much of his time pursuing public interest litigation in the
