Biography:
Dixie Hibner, Ph.D.
My
life has been spent in schools, as a student (earning a Ph.D.),
teacher, administrator and consultant. Studying and researching
have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
As, I realized I was getting older, learning about aging was
a natural inclination for me. I want to live for a long, long
time, but I want to be youthful as I do it. With all the baby-boomers
aging right along with me, it seems important to share what
Ive learned about how to stay youthful, physically and mentally
fit, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the rest
of life. Readers have said this book gives them practical
tips in an entertaining and informative way, and that its
a quick easy read.
Ive
done the research on what doctors and scientists have learned
