Eric Joseph Jerpe

Eric Joseph Jerpe was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 1949, grew up in the east section of the city (in the same and contemporary neighborhood as Anne Dillard, author of An American Childhood and other excellent Works), and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1971 with a Science Degree in Statistics. From 1975 thru 2006, he was employed in Washington, D.C. as statistical researcher for the International Monetary Fund, working as a member of the production team for the monthly publication International Financial Statistics.

He is now proprietor of the Edgerton Publishing Company registered in Maryland. He has traveled extensively, sometimes to relatively remote places such as Mongolia. He is a certified scuba diver and a member of the Washington Independent Writers.
