Frances McGuckin, the SmallBizPro, is an award-winning professional speaker, business consultant, columnist and best-selling author in the field of small business. She has been nominated for and won many business awards, including being awarded one of Business in Vancouver's 2002 five Most Influential Women in Business. Her independently published book, Business for Beginners reached best-seller in under one year and has sold over 110,000 copies. The sequel, Big Ideas for Growing Your Small Business was released by McGraw Hill-Ryerson in 2001.

With over 30 years of diversified business experience, Frances has amassed a wealth of knowledge. She has been teaching entrepreneurship for 17 years and in business for twenty. She operates Eastleigh Management Services, SmallBizPro.com Services and Eastleigh Publications.
