Biography:
Glendoria Phillips Glover
Glendoria
Phillips Glover is a fifty one year old independent, single
black female who has overcome many obstacles in her life.
Born and raised in the heart of Mississippi, Glendoria has
seen and known many oppressions, but has always had a heart
for a higher power, namely God.
Growing
up in a single parent, poverty stricken home certainly had
it's affects on this author, but she has managed to overcome
every obstacle that was laid out before her. This author has
spectacularly bounced back from battered woman syndrome, battered
parent syndrome, depression, sicknesses unto death, drug and
alcohol abuse, and men and money additions only to name a
few.
With
the help and power of the Almighty God, this woman has successfully
overcame these burdens and bondages, wiles and schemes of
the evil one and has
compiled poetic testimonies in light of her achievements and
new found freedom in Christ.
Glendoria
gave her life to Christ on August 21st, 1992, and has successfully
taught God's word for the past ten years as a Sunday School
Teacher, A Women's Mission Leader and a single Parenting Class
Instructor. Glendoria believes now that God has called her
out from among the many to write and share her testimonies
with the world in an attempt to win more souls to Christ.
"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few".

Today,
this mother of three, grandmother of three, plus, Godmother
of many, keeps herself in God's will by helping many, many,
souls find their way out of the darkness and into the marvelous
light of Jesus Christ. Glendoria is currently working on her
second book as a sequel to "From Black and Blue to Christ"
entitled Wounded Lambs, and she still finds time to continue
her hobbies of Crafts and Quilt Making.
Glendoria
is currently a born again Evangelist, serving under the Bishop
Mark Anthony Ashraf at the House of Deliverance Bible Church,
in Fort Worth, Tx.
