Bowker Biography:
Jack Eadon

Jack EadonJack Eadon began by writing a book in grade school, then a short story. In high school he began a decade in rock music with the band Khazad Doom, writing many of his songs with a moralistic drama theme, something he continues to put into his writing today. His musical adventures resulted in the book, GOT TO MAKE IT, a sixties memoir.

He entered the corporate world with his MBA in 1974, which took him to 1983, when he opened a business in southern California. Now, after having lived in Illinois, Texas, California, Kansas, and Illinois, Jack resides back in southern California with his executive wife and writes full-time. He travels occasionally, doing book talks in the many places he's lived. His travels have helped him forge his collection of contemporary American drama (see below).

Contemporary American Drama by Jack Eadon
Published by Eloquence Press SAN 255-9676

John Grisham ushered in a new kind of American literature when he popularized the novel with such books as: A Time to Kill, The Practice, The Pelican Brief, The Last Juror, The King of Torts, and others. In each novel, he entered a microcosm of American life, usually legal, and captured a drama unfolding.

Now, after living in multiple locations and experiencing diverse occupations, prolific author Jack Eadon has expanded that dramatic concept to other slices of Americana: a sixties rock band, a desperate corporation, a midwestern neighborhood with a secret, an advertising photography studio and its ruthless competitors, and love over the burgeoning Internet.

He has also taken on concepts such as death, obsessive love, adultery, loss, karma, the afterlife, psychology, and the power of the Native American tradition, to bring you a rich library of contemporary American drama. At Eloquencepress.com, you can purchase books from that collection and, in the "forthcoming titles" and “news” links, get a glimpse of future projects.
