John Drury

John Drury is the author of “Awaken Your Soul: A Journey of Discovery” (2006) and founder of FullyAlive360. The coaching, facilitation and retreat organization works with executives, groups, couples and companies to support greater self-awareness, more meaningful relationships and guidance through life’s transitions.

In 1980 John left Cooper & Lybrand, a ‘Big-6” accounting firm, and co-founded Harris, Drury Advertising, a highly successful advertising agency in South Florida. For 17 years John built the agency into a $100 million business and a staff of 110. In 1997 he joined AutoNation, America’s largest retail Automotive Company, to head up the marketing efforts for this Fortune 100 Company. He was a part of the team that helped build AutoNation into a $22billion company. For 9 years John led a team that managed a $250 million marketing budget for over 300 automotive retail stores through out the United States.

John’s 30-year background in the study of human behavior, and as an entrepreneur and executive, provides him intimate knowledge of the factors and issues facing today’s most senior executives, the teams they lead and the lives they live.

During the past 6 years, John has done extensive personal work, as well as facilitation with groups such as YPO forums, Corporate Executive Teams, Wilderness Expeditions, Shadow Work, etc. He is a trained and Certified Shadow Work® Coach. John has added to these experiences other specialized training to provide a breadth of skills for any given situation.
