Biography:
Kevin Muhammad
Kevin
A. Muhammad is a senior technical and medical writer. As a
technical writer, he has provided consulting services to municipal
governments, colleges and universities, and Fortune 500 companies.
As a medical researcher and writer, he has written extensively
about health and nutrition, and has authored books and scientific
papers. Mr. Muhammad is a member of the American Medical Writers
Association.
Mr.
Muhammad, a member of the Nation of Islam for more than 23
years, has focused his research on the dietary instructions
given by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad in the books, How To
Eat To Live (Book 1 & 2).
Kevin
A. Muhammad is renowned for his sensible use of science
anatomy, biochemistry, biology, and food science taking
these and other sciences, which are disparately expressed
in todays scientific community, and holistically fusing
them together to show how disease-free living is achieved
through proper diet.
The
core theme of his position is that longevity is the
essential goal of lifestyle behaviors, especially diet,
and that without this element as the hallmark of dietary
instructions, such instructions are not worth the paper upon
which they are written.
Mr.
Muhammads writings have been very controversial, as
they oppose many popular dietary positions (for example, that
nuts, soybean and raw vegetables are good for humans to eat).
However, his position has quickly gained ground in the mainstream
health community, and is setting the pace for a new paradigm
in human nutrition.
Kevin
A. Muhammad resides in Newark, Delaware with his wife, Marcia,
and their children, Kevin, Jr., and Krystina.
