Michelle R. Mullins

Mrs. Mullins is a 26 year old married mother of two living in Franklin, North Carolina. "I love the mountains and the time I spent with my family." Michelle and her husband, Shannon, own and operate a local carpet cleaning business. Bottoms Up! is Mrs. Mullins' first book but it won't be her last! "This is one of the most fulfilling accomplishments in my life!"

Have you ever taken your child to the doctor only to be overwhelmed by the many questions that were asked about your child's illness? As a concerned parent, you want to give the doctor the most accurate information possible, but you find yourself struggling to recall the exact symptoms of the illness. I have found myself in this situation many times. Typically, the same basic questions are asked.

Bottoms Up! is a book for parents to record pertinent medical information such as family medical history, important telephone numbers, insurance information, immunizations, and the all important "sick day journal". The "sick day journal" provides a place to record symptoms, questions you may have for the doctor, and any suggestions the doctor may have for you.
