Phyllis C. Baxter, is a graduate of Erasmus Hall High School in Brooklyn, NY. She attended college in N.Y.C and throughout the Carolina area's. She's a wife, mother, nurse and a former, beautician. And at the most She's A MINISTER. Phyllis is the Author of two books “IT IS FINISHED” and “SEEING THE HORIZON CLEARLY”. God also spoken to her about being the founder of Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries and getting it started it's a place where the word flows in such dynamic Power.

Phyllis has traveled up and down the east coast of the United States conducting speaking engagements and various conferences. Under the direction of the Holy Ghost Phyllis will bring forth God’s word to build your faith to inspire and encourage you in your walk for the Lord. Throughout her ministry she demonstrates to you that God is the answer for your life.

As a child she enjoyed writing classes and also enjoyed writing in her diary. She stated in Seeing Horizon Clearly that she never knew writing is a healing method to your emotions. Phyllis states in her book how God could reverse writing from young years to such a time as this. For his glory.
