Dr. Preston H. Long
"At
six feet, eight inches, 280 pounds, Dr. Long literally fills
a doorway. He is a man of such goodwill and ready humor that
when I first wrote about him, I described him as a 'kindly
giant.' Many of his patients saw the article, and turned that
description into a nickname. And so, I step aside and give
