Bowker Biography:
Robert Hull Savage

The Author was educated in Science, Literature & the Arts and also in Electrical Engineering, with a Degree B.E.E. from the University of Minnesota, and with added postgraduate specialties in Electricity & Magnetism and in Surface Chemistry & micro-Physics. He was on the Scientific Staff of the General Electric Research Laboratory in Schenectady, New York for 31 years, attaining 27 patents, 3 of which were applied for reasons essential to all high-flying U.S. aircraft, and later to space craft, including the first ten Pioneers in space.

Ingeborg Schlingloff studied Natural Sciences at the Universities of Hamburg and Heidelberg, later settling in New York as a bilingual secretary at the North American Headquarters of Carl Zeiss, Inc. in the Light- & Electron- Microscope Departments for 24 years. In continuation, she has collaborated with the Author in scientific, historical and artistic fields of endeavor, including photographic documentation, motion picture, historical research, and book design & illustration.
