Willie Mae Jenkins

I have always had faith even from my childhood. I believe that God sent his only son, Jesus Christ to die for my sins and the sins of everyone who believe in him. The older I became I developed a personal relationship with him. I depend on God to guide me through life. I realized early on that he never leave us even when we feel that he is no longer there. After many struggles in life I know beyond any doubt that there is life after death. God has promised us a place in heaven with him for eternity.

I have a desire to share what I have learned with others. It was later in life that I wanted to share with others as well as leave a legacy for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Perhaps something they will learn about me will help them live a victorious life.

I was blessed to have had parents who were believers. My mother was a strong woman of faith, she set the example for us and I have the same drive as my mother had. I pray that my life will have meaning after I am gone, and something I've done or said will leave a lasting impression on someone that their life may be changed to believe in God and know that he sent his only son, Jesus Christ to die for mankind.
