Chris A. Willoughby

 

Chris A. Willoughby was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Chris’ family moved to Southern California in the early 1960’s. He graduated from Fullerton College with honors.

His hobbies are fishing and camping, when he finds the time. He also likes to play the classical guitar.

Chris is a Senior Vice President with a fortune 500 Company and has managed several disciplines in the organization in various states of the country. He has always been in a leadership role throughout his career. His ability to manage several tasks at once is admirable. Chris is considered a workaholic by today’s standards and gives most of his time and energy to his employer.

Chris became fascinated with the study of gerontology several years ago. He has taken time to listen to our seniors and has a deep appreciation for their contributions in the world. This book was inspired by his need to give something back to those seniors who do not have opportunities with advanced technologies. While teaching seniors how to enjoy and use the Internet, Chris created the term Gerotechie.
